Shipping Policies

Each product is sent directly to you from the manufacturer, saving you money in overhead costs and warehousing. This means that each product is being shipped from a different location, and therefore bears a separate shipping charge. You will choose a shipping method for each individual product as you add that item to your cart. Once your order is placed, it is automatically processed for shipping -- you may not cancel an order once it has been submitted. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know when each item was shipped, how it was sent, when you should expect it to arrive, and a tracking number (if applicable). You will receive a separate confirmation for each package that is sent.
